Cabin Crew
Temporary Contract until 31st October 2023
Full-time and Part-time
We have an exciting opportunity for Cabin Crew to join our teams onboard our High Speed Crafts from Poole sailing to Jersey, Guernsey, St Malo and Cherbourg, this season.
We are looking for motivated individuals who are passionate about delivering excellent customer service, eager to learn and able to share our TRUE Values.
The Role
This role forms part of a fantastic team of which you will be a key member by being the voice of our brand, exceeding customer expectations always, while ensuring that our passengers are always kept safe.
The purpose of this role will include welcoming and assisting passengers, ensuring that the ship is kept clean and maintained, taking part in emergency training and drills and serving passengers in the onboard shop, café, bars and Club Class Lounge.
You’ll thrive in a role where no two days are the same, be that your roster, the team you work in or the situations you deal with.
In this role, you will have the opportunity to experience being a seafarer, while having the comfort of going home once your shift is complete.
About You
We look for a positive attitude, confidence, flexibility, a friendly disposition, and importantly a genuine passion to help others and to provide quality service. As the job can be physically demanding, we also look for those with resilience and a determination to continually perform well.
Previous experience in a customer service role would be of benefit but previous cabin crew experience is not required - we’ll give you all the training you need.

Important details to know:
· You must be aged 18 years or over
· Onboard accommodation is not provided
· You must have a valid passport with no restrictions for the countries we travel to
· As a seafarer, you will be required to pass and hold a valid medical certificate (ENG1)
· Shifts are normally 12 hours, covering a variety of days and nights
· Induction and Training groups are scheduled to take place fortnightly, starting from Sunday 19th March 2023, lasting 2 weeks.
· Practical elements of the Standards of Training, Certificate and Watchkeeping (STCW) for Seafarers Course, will include in-water and firefighting training in a controlled environment
