We are looking for an enthusiastic and motivated Sales Assistant to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing excellent customer service, helping customers find the right products, and upselling when appropriate. They will also be expected to help with administrative tasks such as processing orders, stocking shelves, and maintaining a clean and organized work environment. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, a positive attitude, and a willingness to learn.
Responsibilities:
- Greet customers and provide assistance with their inquiries.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area.
- Provide customers with product information and advice.
- Process payments and handle returns.
- Assist in the display of merchandise.
- Keep up to date with product information and changes in pricing.
- Ensure that all customer service standards are met.
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Part-time hours: 32 per week
Salary: £9.00-£10.00 per hour
