This is a customer facing role and will require dealing with customers both face to face and over the telephone.
Knowledge of the motor industry is important for the role as you will be providing support to customers. The main duties of the role are below
- Dealing with customer queries
- Providing an excellent service to customers
- Cash Handling
- End of day reporting on the computer system
- Stock Checks
- Dealing with returns
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: £12.00-£14.00 per hour
Schedule:
- Monday to Friday
- Weekend availability
