Overview
Downham Home & Garden is one of Norfolk’s largest Home & Garden Centre retailers. We have one of the biggest and best ranges of quality home products, clothing, plants, and gardening equipment around.
Due to continued growth, we have an exciting opportunity for a full-time Sales Assistant to join our fantastic team. Reporting to the Garden Care and Indoor Living Manager the post holder will be responsible for driving sales and profitability in delivering excellent customer service throughout the department.
You must have previous experience of working in a customer service-focused environment ensuring customers receive friendly service. Ensuring customers receive accurate and high-quality advice in all areas of your responsibility, and guidance about the products available to them to meet their requirements.
This role is being offered full-time, 42.5 hours per week on a rota, Monday to Sunday including every other weekend between the hours of 8 am - 5 pm.
