Location: The Imperial Torquay is enviably positioned on the cliffs above Torbay. The hotel offers 152 bedrooms, 6 Meeting and Event spaces, Leisure club, 150 cover Regatta Restaurant, large Bar area with outside seating and outdoor heated pool (open seasonally)
Hours: Full time 48 hrs

We welcome candidates who are new to the industry as well as experienced ones - what matters most to us is that you have a positive and engaging personality, you are self-motivated and enjoy the buzz and excitement of a busy hotel atmosphere.
For this role you will need to be a hands-on manager who leads from the front, be knowledgeable about a hotel Reception, be great at developing others and be happy to be part of the hotel Duty Management team and confident in all areas of the hotel. A strong trainer with fantastic systems knowledge and confidence. You will be super organised and help lead and motivate our Reception team which comprises of Receptionists, The Nights Team and Porters. Experience of Reception Management is expected, but we will consider strong Supervisors who can clearly demonstrate the above capabilities in properties of a similar or larger blueprint.
