Role Summary :
This London based opportunity forms a vital part of the Consumer Operations and Co-Located HR support team, forming part of the wider EMEA HR Generalist Team.
Providing essential administrative support and underpinning key HR processes data accuracy is key and will be a focus across all areas such as recruitment processing and onboarding of new hires, payroll processing and corrections, regularly auditing HR data and files (in and out of mHUB) and owns corrections and any data revisions, Merit, bonus and Stock compensation processes, length of service dates accuracy and tracking of deadlines and projects. Liaising with associates and assisting with queries and resolving issues, employee relations. There will be plenty of opportunities for development in this role.
Skills and experience we will look for in the ideal candidate to join our team:
- Strong communication skills (verbal, listening, writing)
- Previous user of Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint
- Excellent typing speed and accuracy of spelling and grammar, layout and content formation essential.
- Highly organized and efficient approach required
- Ability to manage varying needs and prioritizing to ensure best business results
Education or Certification
- High School completion or equivalent required; preferably around administration and secretarial qualifications
- Chartered Institute of Personnel Development student or similar certification advantageous, or willing to undertake HR studies
