Job description
We are looking for a well presented, friendly and confident individual who is happy to be flexible and work diligently in our health and wellness store in Stockbridge, Edinburgh. We specialise in CBD, hemp and other plant based and holistic remedies.
The nature of our products is that customers very often want to discuss different options and will need advice on what products to use and how to use them. Accordingly, key to the role will be giving excellent customer service to those in the store, as well as serving customers on the till system. We will also want you to help keep the shop clean and tidy and stocks replenished.
You will be one of our “ambassadors” able to help give advice on our product range, discussing different alternatives with customers. We will give you in depth, and ongoing, training on CBD and hemp so you will feel confident in discussing our products with customers.
The store also includes a small cafe area serving hot and cold drinks as well as some snacks.
There will be cash handling and till operating, stock management and stock taking and merchandising - all of which we will fully train you on.
Barista experience would be advantageous, or other hospitality experience as we will be selling takeaway hot and cold drinks. Full Barista Training will be given.
Full Time must be happy to work weekends.
