WHAT'S THE STORY?

We are looking for a flexible part time Sales Assistant to join our brand-new Oxford Circus store for 17-22 hours a week.

Reporting to the Store Manager, we are looking for a free thinking, passionate individual who will provide a one of a kind, outstanding customer experience and assist with day to day operations of the store in the absence of the Assistant Store Manager & Store Manager.

Interviews: w/c 18th September

Potential start date: w/c 23rd October

THE GIG

  • Providing exceptional service to deliver a best in class customer experience at all times
  • Driven to achieve sales targets
  • Handle till transactions seamlessly in line with operating procedures
  • Follow all store operating procedures e.g. delivery, clock in/out, stock takes, replenishment etc
  • Follow all H&S procedures to maintain a healthy, safe and tidy work environment
  • Any other reasonable task as instructed by the store management team

THE STUFF THAT SETS YOU APART

To be our Sales Assistant you will also possess these qualities:

  • Proven experience in a Retail store is essential
  • Experience with a fashion/footwear/lifestyle brand would be a bonus!
  • Demonstrate a strong understanding of customer service and have the ability to build connections
  • An enthusiasm for Docs and confidence to share this with our customers.
  • Sales oriented – target driven and able to assist the team with achieving store goals and
  • Demonstrate a good understanding of leading a team and driving sales
  • Professional, but also authentic and fearless!
  • Flexibility in availability is essential – Shifts may vary week to week so we will need flexibility to cover different days/times
