Purpose:
Assisting all Sales Executives in the day-to-day administration of Holiday Home Sales. Ensuring that all essential paperwork is completed correctly in line with the appropriate guidelines. Supporting the team in all aspects of their jobs.
Responsibilities/Duties:
- Organising & conducting siting meetings with the wider team
- Ordering of decking Salfor new sales
- Conducting welcome meetings with new purchasers
- Running of paperwork for new deals
- Chasing debt for ongoing sales
- Organising of factory stock and incoming transport
- Creating stock and placing onto internal system parcvu
- Finance proposals & finance pay outs
- Collating and checking paperwork for commission payments
- Trading off used stock and organising bids
- Purchase orders for the sales department
- Organise handover cleans for new owners
- Organising cleaning & dressing of show vans
- Key ordering & sales keyboard for stock vans
- Answering customer sales & finance queries via email/phone/meetings
- General sales support for the team
