Based at our ASICS Factory Outlet store in Ashford and reporting to Aimie, Store Manager, as part of the role you'll: • Lead by example in building and maintaining customer relationships and carrying out everyday tasks. • Ensure all cash handling is accurate, and checkout experiences are optimised. • Support Store Associates on merchandising, presentation and promotional activity standards. • Liaise with store management to improve product flow processes. • Manage back-of-house operations and share store cleaning duties where required. • Partner with management to ensure that all retail-related tasks are completed in good time.
