We recently onboarded a new client, and we are looking to recruit Five Sales & Promotions Assistants to join our young, talented and award-winning team in Newcastle. This is an entry-level role therefore, we aren't seeking any specific experience. However, applicants with experience in customer-facing roles will be at an advantage in this very customer-centric role.

In this role, you will be utilising your customer service and people skills to engage customers, build relationships and match customers to the right products and services for them. By providing insight and support, you'll help strengthen customer relationships and convert new customers into long-term and loyal ones.
Sales & Promotions Assistant Role:
- Customer assistance and acquisitions
- Upsell clients' products and services, including the best offer possible
- Answering and dealing with all customer enquiries to the best of your ability
- Displaying exceptional knowledge of products and services offered as well as competitive offers
- Perform various administrative functions as assigned, and work in a very fast-paced environment
- Follow all company policies and procedures
- Record keeping and data processing on tablets
