Job Information
Nissan has always been a name associated with peak performance, high-speed innovation and excitement. Sure, we make cars, but that’s only half of it. Our people are collaborative, adaptable, and committed to Nissan’s mission of driving innovation to enrich people’s lives. It is an exciting time of change for the automotive industry, and we are looking for talented and determined graduate calibre individuals who challenge the norm and drive continuous improvements to join our team and help shape the future of mobility.
The Sales & Marketing Graduate Scheme is how we identify and train individuals with people management potential. Over two years, this programme will provide you with the breadth and depth of knowledge you need to thrive within one of the world’s leading automotive brands. You will experience two rotations in different functional areas such as Aftersales, Sales, Marketing or Network Development & Customer Quality, giving you a truly cross-functional understanding of our operations. Your natural skill-set and personal ambitions will help determine which areas of the business you will experience. Right from the start, you will have real responsibilities, the ability to influence key decision-making processes, and the immense satisfaction of seeing the direct results of your efforts.
