A fantastic opportunity has arisen at our Plymouth based Plymouth Harley-Davidson for an Aftersales / Parts Advisor. You will play a crucial role in driving the business forward. Friendly and professional, you will be the first point of contact visiting customers and, as such, you'll be an important ambassador for the dealership.
Job Type / Category
Your duties will include:
- Dealing with customer requirements for service and motorcycle repairs, parts and merchandise sales in an efficient and courteous manner, to ensure a high standard of customer satisfaction;
- Dealing with all service enquiries by telephone, email and face-to-face; managing the allocation and handover of customer service motorcycles; and liaising with workshop teams to ensure timely completion of customer bikes.
- You will assist in achieving Sales & Financial target for parts, and merchandise with defined operating and financial guidelines.
- You will be responsible for ordering and maintaining parts stock levels as well as managing and updating our online shop, including the prompt dispatch of parts sold online.
- You will also be responsible for assisting in the updating and maintaining of dealership News and Events.
- You will contribute to the development of plans, policies and procedures as required to ensure the achievement of all parts tasks in an efficient and timely manner
Required Education, Skills and Qualifications
Previous motorcycle experience is essential, particularly in a Parts Advisor, Service Advisor or Aftersales Advisor capacity.
