A rare and exciting opportunity has arisen to join our small team at the award winning Grade II listed, Cromer Pier as Sales and Marketing Manager. Cromer Pier includes The Pavilion Theatre, Tides Bistro, Tides Takeaway, Theatre Bar, Retail outlet and Box Office.
Responsibilities include;
- Support in the production and distribution of Marketing Materials.
- Develop and execute local Marketing Campaigns.
- Manage e-mail lists to increase engagement.
- Manage organic social media content to increase engagement.
- Continue to increase show ticket sales and develop new events to support business development.
- Work closely with the Pier General Manager and the managerial team to maximise sales.
- Establish and grow relationships with local partners and businesses.
- Manage photography and videography shoots.
- Manage local press launches and events.
- Provide regular Sales & Marketing reports and updates.
- Increase income across the various departments on the pier.
The ideal candidate would have;
- Experience in a Sales & Marketing role.
- Experience with Social Media platforms.
- Experience running e-Mail Marketing campaigns.
- Experience managing a ticketing platform.
- Will be creative.
- Will be highly organised.
- Will have excellent communication and problem solving skills.
- Experience managing a small team.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Salary: £25,000.00-£28,000.00 per year

- Monday to Friday
- Weekend availability

- Cromer, NR27 9HE: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)
