We are looking for an experienced Sales and Marketing Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and executing marketing strategies, creating sales plans, and managing customer relationships. The ideal candidate will have experience in the industry, a strong understanding of the sales process, and excellent communication skills. Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement marketing strategies to increase sales and brand awareness.
- Manage the sales team to ensure targets are met.
- Develop and maintain relationships with customers and partners.
- Analyse customer data to identify trends and opportunities.
- Develop promotional materials and campaigns.
- Monitor competitors' activities and adjust strategies accordingly.
- Organise trade shows, conferences, and other events.
