Established in 1985 TOT Shirts Limited has been at the forefront of providing garment decoration for leading music artists and live performance bands delivering some of the most iconic and striking art to the UK and international market.
Reporting to the Operations Director, the position of Warehouse Operations Manager will be required to oversee B2C operational and strategic deliverables ensuring customer warehouse operations support operational needs and customer fulfilments. An extremely busy, high volume dedicated warehousing/goods team
Main Tasks
· Management of all warehouse operations comprising 3 direct reports and c.15 staff across Goods In, Despatch and Decorated/Tour hub departments.
· Oversee Goods In/Out stock management/logging ensuring accurate client stock records are maintained through TOT dedicated business software system, Stroke One.
· Day to day use of company order/stock/distribution fulfilment system
· Ensuring all garment and customer pick orders/splits are completed, ensuring accuracy of order requirements.
· Liaise with customers and be key point for customer escalation.
· Ensure all daily customer consignments are dispatched for UK and international markets.
· Conduct departmental supervisor 121’s, providing support and ongoing development.
· Delivery of training to existing and new staff hires.
· Lead department Health and Safety ensuring monthly daily and monthly inspections are completed, ensuring best practice applied.

Person Specifications
· Experienced warehouse operations manager with extensive knowledge of goods in/despatch, stock control gained within a busy high-volume warehousing environment.
· Extensive knowledge of warehouse operating systems and practices
· Applicants must be able to work to exacting timescales to meet customer production and despatch requirements.
· Solutions orientated and able to work independently to achieve assigned role tasks.
· Exceptional organisational and time management skills to ensure deadlines are met and critical deliverables maintained
Hours: 9am – 5:30pm Monday – Friday, with flexibility to work outside of standard contracted hours to meet the requirements of the department and business during seasonal peak periods.
