Summit- Ecc are located in the Jewellery Quarter, Birmingham City Centre. As part of our marketing team, you'll have instant exposure to working with our top clients and campaigns, improving their brand awareness and assisting in lead generation. We specialise in expanding their market reach by promoting their company and products directly towards their target audience.
We are searching for self-motivated individuals seeking to progress their career in Sales/Marketing.
Quality, full in-house training provided. (No experience is required)
All of Trainees undergo training in quality customer acquisition taught by experienced team account managers who have already ran successful campaigns within Summit. This position is ideal for candidates with a strong student mentality, ambition and great working habits.
Responsibilities:
- Assist with our lead generation via our B2C channels
- Answer all customer queries confidently and effectively
- Deliver excellent customer service
- Use a computer system to enter customer information and record sales
- Assist customers in understanding our client's products and services
- Complete sales trackers
