Digital Marketing Officer

Hours of Work: Full-time (35 hours per week) + fantastic holidays (32+ days plus bank holidays)

Contract type: Permanent

Salary: The starting salary will be from £24,715 up to £25,948 per annum (pro rata) in Grade 5a, depending on qualifications and experience

Leeds Trinity University are seeking an experienced and enthusiastic marketing professional to join the University’s Marketing Campaigns team. Reporting into and working closely with the Senior Marketing Campaigns Officer, the appointed candidate will support the University in achieving its student recruitment targets through the effective implementation of its paid digital marketing campaigns and campaign webpages.

The role will be responsible for:

  • The design and production of creative content, including video, imagery and copy, to support student recruitment marketing campaigns on the website and other digital channels such as TikTok, YouTube, Snapchat and Meta, in line with the University’s brand and messaging guidelines
  • Updating the campaign web pages, third party profiles and social media content
  • Support the implementation of paid digital campaigns to raise the brand awareness of the University in line with the student recruitment cycle
  • Contribute to the Marketing Campaigns Team monthly report

Experience Required:

  • Have a creative flair, with experience of producing appealing digital content from concept to delivery with the Adobe Suite, or similar
  • Be a strong copywriter with experience of writing, editing and proofing engaging copy for a range of audiences and digital marketing channels
  • Good analytical skills
  • Be able to work effectively and flexibly on a range of projects
