We are seeking an experienced Project Delivery Manager to deliver all projects ensuring the company and clients expectations are achieved through proactive and planned delivery.

As project delivery manager, this role will be an integral part of the operational delivery team. You will deliver all projects on time to programme ensuring the clients satisfaction and delivery objectives are consistently met through regular communication and feedback. Managing all financial aspects of the project to ensure the business is meeting its financial objectives. Experience in delivering a wide variety of telecoms projects is essential.

Responsibilities:

  • Ensure all projects are delivered to the H&S standard expected by the client and business.
  • Cooperate with requirements of Lanes-I in relation to health and safety and not inhibit our ability to meet our duties under the HSAWA.
  • Assist Area Manager in key tasks associated to client sites including, performance managing contractor resource, reporting and site handover documentation.
  • Delivery of project plan for each project managed and presented to the Delivery Manager.
  • Plan projects up to 3 months in advance.
  • Ensure delivery targets are met, drive the project to achieve targets calling out risk and finding solutions.
  • Work closely with the Area Delivery Manager to ensure the delivery of the programmes are met within the expected schedules.
  • Development of strong team working relationships with the customer and sub-contractor resource working on behalf of the company.
  • Tracking the full life cycle of delivery from a fibre/civils perspective ranging from TR&R to testing and commissioning with the support of your team.
  • Verifying at relevant project stages (‘sign-off’) that these standards have been achieved (or triggering remedial action required).
  • Manage productivity and assign roles, tasks, and responsibilities necessary for completion of the work

Skills & Qualifications Required:

  • Previous experience managing fibre project
  • Proficient Fibre knowledge
