Sales & Marketing Co-ordinator
The postholder will be responsible for promoting the services of JNP Group and achieving the highest levels of client satisfaction.
Responsibilities:
- Analyse client data and prepare reports.
- Contact existing and lapsed clients by telephone or email to receive feedback on client experience and maximise opportunities to promote services.
- Perform client research for potential opportunities.
- Assist colleagues with arranging meetings, events and to provide marketing support.
- Write and post to social media.
- Collate and draft articles for use on the website.
- Website updates and performance monitoring (training will be provided)
- Provide additional administrative support as and when required.
Competencies:
- Proven experience as an administrator or within a customer service role.
- Proficient in MS Office, specifically Excel.
- Experience of social media.
- Willingness to learn new technology and relevant software packages / competence in using the relevant business systems to suit the job role.
- A great communicator with excellent written skills.
- Enthusiastic and approachable.
- Professional with good organisational skills.
For this position we could consider candidates on either a full time, or part time, position
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Salary: £26,000.00-£30,000.00 per year

- Monday to Friday
