Green Retreats manufacture and supply a range of high specification luxury
garden buildings, with a wide range of uses, from home offices to art studios,
and a range of commercial projects (i.e. schools & charities).
Due to the continued growth of the company Green Retreats has acquired a
second showroom space in Twickenham. We are looking to recruit an additional
team member to support our friendly & diverse sales and administration team in
our London office.
Key Responsibilities:
Design Consultation Booking – Supporting our on-site design consultation team,
booking in surveys and responding to requests online and over the phone.
Sales Support – creating and updating quotations and sales orders for customers.
Showroom Duties – guide customers around, offering them information on the
company’s products, and maintaining the presentation of the showroom.
Customer Enquiries – Supporting the sales and design team in house, dealing
with customer enquiries, by phone, LiveChat and email.
Skills & Experience
- Previous customer facing experience
- Excellent verbal communication skills
- Ability to multi-task, work quickly and manage a varying workload
- IT savvy and demonstrable knowledge of Microsoft Office
Benefits
- Salary: £26,000-£27,000
- 28 days annual leave. You will gain an additional 1 day’s holiday for each year of
service (maximum of 3 additional days)
- 40 hours per week spread across five days, including some weekends on a rolling
rota – Monday to Sunday, hours - 9am-5pm including a half hour daily paid lunch
break
