Description:
We are looking for a progressive-thinking, motivated individual to support our Office Team. A great candidate will have passion for their work and take an independent, proactive approach to support the CEO, FOUNDER, and Senior Leadership team. The purpose of the role is to streamline the executive’s personal and professional life, requiring the candidate to possess strong business judgment, excellent verbal/written communication skills, and a high level of professionalism and discretion at all times. In addition, the candidate must be a highly organized self-starter who can anticipate the needs of our Executives and take initiative to solve problems independently. The ideal candidate should have a “no task is too small” mindset and a positive attitude. This is a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
Responsibilities:
- Complete a broad variety of administrative tasks for the CEO, FOUNDER and Leadership team including managing an extremely active calendar of appointments; managing email communications; completing expense reports; composing and preparing correspondence that is sometimes confidential; arranging complex and detailed travel plans, itineraries, and agendas; and compiling documents for travel-related meetings.
- Provide a "gatekeeper" and "gateway" role, creating win-win situations with respect to calendars and appointments.
- Work closely and effectively with the Leadership team to keep them informed of upcoming commitments and responsibilities, following up appropriately. Acts as a "barometer," having a sense of the issues taking place in the environment and keeping them updated.
- Prioritize conflicting needs; handles matter expeditiously, and proactively on projects to successful completion, often with deadline pressures.
- Edits and completes first drafts for written communications to external stakeholders.
- Communicate directly, and on behalf of the CEO’s initiatives when necessary.
- Manage all travel logistics and associated expenses and be ready to handle last-minute changes.
- Track action items and key issues to closure with a high degree of integrity and accountability.

Requirements
- 2+ years’ experience supporting C-level executives, or other relevant experience working directly with executives.
- Experience working in a high-growth, fast-paced environment.
- Strong organizational skills that reflect the ability to perform and prioritize multiple tasks seamlessly with excellent attention to detail.
- Very strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build relationships with stakeholders, including staff, board members, and external clients.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Demonstrated proactive approaches to problem-solving with strong decision-making capability.
- Emotional maturity and professional discretion.
- Highly resourceful team player, with the ability to also be extremely effective independently
- Proven ability to handle confidential information with discretion, be adaptable to various competing demands, and demonstrate the highest level of customer/client service and response.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $25.82 - $32.08 per hour
