It is a challenging but rewarding role. There are a lot of technical products to learn and we navigate a number of IT systems, whilst simultaneously selling to and engaging with our customer to build an authentic connection. We do not need you to have any insurance experience, our incredible trainers will give you all the knowledge you need to succeed over a 4 week period. After this you will move into an academy environment to further strengthen your skills.
What you will be doing;
- Engaging with our customers over the phone, with a focus on finding the right products and securing the business through sales techniques and answering a variety of enquiries.
- Building relationships and connections that inspire, engage and that put a smile on both yours and your customers’ face.
- Working towards individual targets and KPIs – Our targets are across a balanced scorecard with quality underpinning everything we do. The heart of our targets is ensuring the customer is looked after, given honest and correct information and their needs are met.

We understand you are an individual and will learn what we need to do to ensure you get up on a Monday excited to be part of the team, not dreading the week ahead. This can range from a detailed development plan to help you achieve your career goals to a range of social activities.
This role is 35 hours per week*, shift work within the hours of Monday to Friday 8am to 7pm
- Initial training is approx. 8 weeks and is office based, Monday to Friday 9am to 5pm.

Salary: £21,000 with guaranteed salary increase on your work anniversary for the first 2 years.
The start date for this role will be end of October / beginning of November , full training provided.
