We are now looking for a Facilities Coordinator to join our Property and Store Expansion team for the UK & Ireland!
Office Location: Strand Bridge House, Central London.
Working Hours: Hybrid 37.5 hours (3 days in office & 2 days from home)
Purpose:
To give full maintenance support to our Stores and PoS and act as the first point of contact for escalations from the stores and other maintenance support colleagues. The role also includes H&S management.
Business Impact:
This role provides proactive and reactive maintenance support to the stores and PoS to ensure the best conditions according the Rituals guidelines and image and has an influence on the existing maintenance procedures and standard of service.
Interaction:
- Reports to the Head of Maintenance (dotted line to Head of Real Estate UK/IE).
- Part of the Real Estate Team.
- Support the Frontline Managers with all maintenance related issues.
- Liaise with our external suppliers, including 3rd party facilities providers and coordinate between stores.
- Escalate any high priority maintenance issues to the Construction or Head of Real Estate.

- Checks and corrects problems that are not immediately evident in existing systems or processes – an instinctive practical problem solver.
- Renews and optimises existing ways of working and effiency through new innovative solutions.

Result Area’s:
- Ensure the execution of the facilities plan for the stores, work orders and repairs;
- Manage properly the service forms in the maintenance online portal;
- Maintain Rituals store data (systems) for stores in maintenance online portal;
- Provide needed requirements of materials for Stores and PoS;
- Implementation of new processes and forms (globally);
- Ensure the maintenance service level as agreed
- Manages within budgetary constraints.
Background:
- Experienced in Retail maintenance both remotely and onsite.
- Track record in operational efficiency.
- Good knowledge of data base systems and MS office
- Good verbal and written communication skills with attention to detail a must.
Education level:
Relevant degree or industry qualifications preferred, but satisfying the criteria is paramount.
Experience:
At least 2 - 5 years of relevant experience.
