Responsibilities
- Work in tandem with Territorial Group leaders on adoption of best practice tools – BD trackers, ‘playbooks’ and other tools. Join client calls, produce accurate meeting notes and co-ordinate other client related activity.
- Worldwide Broker Network - Help establish and maintain regular contact plan, participating and contributing as appropriate. Maintains member client activity log of incoming and outgoing enquiries – follow up with Miller teams to ensure prompt replies.
- Supports the central SBD team with efficient production of call/meeting notes and following up on action points that pertain to clients and prospects.
- Once adoption agreed by the business unit or team, help with maintenance and actions arising from Business Development Trackers/Pipeline tools.
- Help facilitate the Miller wide Account Plans, initially gathering information for, and maintaining priority Miller wide plans.
- Become a super user within team for maintenance of up to date and high quality data in SalesForce (sales pipeline / tracker, account plans, cross sell and more as specified).
- Day to day support with onboarding of new teams and hires, notably project management of the ‘Plug and Play’ process, maintaining a checklist of activity and conveying status updates.
- Comfortable producing management information (MI) reporting to detail performance and forecast, using tools including Salesforce and PowerBI.
- Other client focussed specific projects as they come along – including event/conference planning and co-ordination.
- Maintain MINT intranet content for CS&D as a communication portal for promiting best practices.
- Air Traffic control – help field incoming client enquiries and find the right team at Miller. Including fielding marketing leads and co-ordinating to ensure follow up.
