Excellent communication, listening and interpersonal skills
The ability to work in a customer driven environment

Working as part of a team within a fast-paced, dynamic contact centre environment, you will be rewarded for achieving targets through understanding customer needs, cross-selling and upselling and delivering service excellence every step of the way. Operational hours are Monday to Sunday 8am to 10pm and part time hours are flexible. Initial training will be on a full time basis.
