Our growing company is in need of a Sales Advisor to join us. The ideal candidate for this position will have strong verbal, written and interpersonal skills as well as a demonstrated record of success in selling services.
Responsibilities:
- Call and help customers make decisions.
- Explain how to set up and use our services.
- Manage situations in which 2-way communication is needed to resolve customer issues and share up to date information.
- Use a variety of approaches, such as asking open-ended questions and providing service details, to resolve customer problems.
- Keep records up to date.
