· Ensure all customer queries are dealt with in line with our customer promise and timescale / response time.
The key duties and responsibilities of the role:
· Lead generation and call prospecting
· Conducting sales tours of the facility
· Needs analysis with all prospective members
· Driving sales through lead creating opportunities
· Inspiring and motivating yourself and your team
· Achieve the daily and monthly KPI’s as set out in by-weekly and daily 1-1’s.
· Delivering exceptional customer service
· Ensure that your sales are tracked, monitored and processed in a timely manner
· Initiate and influence membership campaigns
· Attend events and actively engage with potential customers in order to generate business opportunities and expand our customer base
· Ensure all customers receive a positive customer journey with Xcelerate Gyms.
· Develop and maintain professional working relationships with personnel across all the team
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Salary: £19,000.00-£29,000.00 per year
