ABOUT THE ROLES
Vehicle Engineering is growing and has several open roles to deliver our product ambitions and shape our Beyond100 strategy.
As such, we want to significantly grow our Vehicle Engineering Team and welcome you to join us.
The Vehicle Engineering team define, develop and validate the achievement of whole vehicle product requirements, integrating activity across Engineering to deliver project goals. The function is responsible for being the voice of the customer throughout the development process to ensure we create extraordinary vehicles. Responsibilities include:
- Planning and managing project related activities
- Provide technical expertise in appropriate whole vehicle attribute performance
- Leadership of the vehicle development process, delivering results for relevant whole vehicle deliverables
- Act as the voice of the customer, utilising data to enable decisions to improve the product
- Driving vehicle development forward through target balancing across the vehicle and the resolution of problem
SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE
