We are seeking a talented and customer-oriented individual to join our team as a Sales Advisor on a part time basis. As a Sales Advisor, you will be responsible for managing the relationship between our company and its customers, ensuring customer satisfaction, retention, and loyalty.
Key Responsibilities:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers, ensuring they receive excellent customer service at all times.
- Manage customer accounts, resolving any issues, and identifying opportunities for growth.
- Provide customers with product information, pricing, and delivery information.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer needs are met.
- Conduct regular check-ins with customers to ensure their satisfaction and identify any areas for improvement.
- Monitor customer accounts, tracking customer behaviour and identifying any potential issues or risks.
- Generate reports on customer accounts and provide recommendations to senior management on how to improve customer experience and increase customer loyalty.
- Continuously improve the customer account management process, incorporating customer feedback and industry best practices.
Required Skills
- Strong customer service skills and the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with customers.
- Strong analytical and negotiation skills, with the ability to analyse customer data and identify trends.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
- Confident speaking to customers via phone and email
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
