Job description
- Both English and Chinese are fluent
- Talk to customers to understand their needs then advise customers about passports, hotels, visas, flights, tours, etc.
- Book tickets, reserve accommodation, organize rental transportation Suggest suitable travel options that best meet clients' needs
- Inform clients and provide useful travel material such as guides, maps, and event programs
- Collect deposits and balances
- Offer and promote different services and offerings
- Keep learning about latest industry trends
- Attend webinars, conferences and other educational programs
- Build and maintain relationships with clients and suppliers
Job Types: Part-time, Full-time
Part-time hours: 20 per week
Salary: £23,000.00-£24,000.00 per year
Schedule:
- Monday to Friday
- Weekend availability

- London: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)
