About the role
We are looking for a Sales Advisor – (1 post) to join our Growth & Development team. This role is a home based role with site working as required, there is no daily requirement to attend an office with the flexibility to attend.
The Sales Advisor will be responsible for the day to day delivery of the Onward Living sales programme from pre-sale to completion, delivering strong sales results to meet targets and provide an excellent service to customers.
You will proactively manage all customer enquiries to ensure all sales targets are met by maintaining the sales database and providing guidance and support around homeownership options and the home buying process. You will also liaise with the Help to Buy Agent on applications, collate supporting documents and ensure applicants meet Homes England and relevant criteria. You'll need to utilise the Homes England Sustainability Calculator and work with mortgage advisors to ensure affordability and maximisation of shares, to audit standard.

What are we looking for?
The successful post holder will have proven experience of marketing and selling properties, and full knowledge of the conveyancing process. It is desirable that you have experience of selling new build or shared ownership properties and of working on marketing campaigns.
