Commercial Professional
- Driving full integration of channels and products to best serve our business, government, and wholesale customers in the UK and internationally.
- Investing strategically in present and future needs of customers, aligned behind common digital, network and security platforms.
- Accelerating our transformation plans and delivery of next generation products and services, making it easier for customers to do business with BT and for BT to transact more profitably with customers; and continuing to invest in the skills, technology and partnerships required to return to growth and become the leading provider of secure multi-cloud connectivity.
- As a member of the Commercial Trading Aggregation Team, you'll have a wide-ranging responsibility encompassing SMB's complete product lineup.
- Perform comprehensive performance analysis, covering historical as well as forward-looking perspectives, to facilitate the expansion of our SMB business.
- Generate reports detailing trading activities and performance.
- Collaborate closely with other teams for commercial initiatives aimed at enhancing performance.
- Engage actively in projects as a valuable part of cross-functional groups.
- Play a role in establishing robust governance for all pertinent commercial trading matters.
- Commercial acumen: understand commercial performance, identifying associated risks and opportunities
- Teamwork: ability to collaborate effectively with a wide range of people
- Communicating with impact: communicate in a clear, concise way, including by creating high-quality presentations
- Data storytelling: communicate the results of data analysis, including through data visualisation
- Data analysis: collect and analyse data from multiple sources to identify trends and patterns
- Experience of analysing data and generating insights
- Commercial experience, making and/or influencing commercial decisions
- Communicating data analysis and findings

BT have moved to a hybrid working model - you can work from home 2 days per week. This means you’ll be at your contractual location 3 days a week.
