Sounds Fantastic, what’s the day to day like?
You will be responsible for running the internal sales administration team and ensuring all the team's KPI's are met. You will ensure all administration of invoicing, crediting, filing, scanning, and general admin is kept up to date. This role is perfectly suited to someone who has leadership experience and is looking for a new challenge.
Ok I’m sold, but what do I need to bring to the role?
- You will be a experienced sales leader who will be able to manage and motivate your team.
- You should excellent computer knowledge including Microsoft Excel.
- You should a proven track record of delivering results against KPI’s and targets.
- You will have 2+ years experience managing a team in a fast-paced customer service / internal sales environment.
This is a fulltime permanent position offering a base salary of £30,000 plus bonus, pension, hybrid work model based in Belfast city, free parking, healthcare and finish at 4:00pm every Friday! If you love the sound of this job I'd love to talk to you to discuss your suitability!
