We are looking for innovative under-graduates to join our 2024 Internship Programme within our Wealth Management division, Cazenove Capital Management.

The base
We're based in the City of London - close to our clients, in the heart of the UK's financial centre and have everything we need to work flexibly.
The department
Cazenove Capital Management ('Cazenove Capital') is the UK Wealth Management business of the Schroder Group in the UK. Cazenove Capital offers specialist financial solutions to high net worth people, family offices, charities and their advisers, utilising both Schroders and Cazenove Capital's investment expertise and external providers and resources. We are one of the prominent providers of portfolio management, banking and investment advisory services for private clients and charities. Founded on the long-term relationships forged over many years, we've established ourselves as a leader in the private wealth management sector.
We focus on growing and preserving wealth, using the knowledge of our economics and investment strategy teams, and using both proprietary Schroders investment products and external funds in structuring our clients' portfolios. This enables us to provide a highly personal wealth management service to wealthy people, families and their advisers.
We provide a full range of products including deposit-taking, cash management, custody and execution services, discretionary asset management, financial planning, private assets, family office services and specialised lending.

The base
We moved into our new HQ in the City of London in 2018. We're close to our clients, in the heart of the UK's financial centre and we have everything we need to work flexibly.
The programme
This Programme will provide you with a unique introduction into the investment management industry and how the Finance department operates within it. You'll be given introductory training and opportunities to network with people across the business.
During your internship you will be assigned to a client or investment team where you will have the opportunity to shadow senior executives.
Some of your tasks may include:
- Assisting client directors in preparing for client meetings
- Where appropriate, accompanying client directors to client meetings
- Helping to implement policy changes to client portfolios
- Undertaking research into specific investments
- Managing and bringing to a conclusion specific strategic projects

The knowledge, skills and qualifications we're looking for
- An honours degree or equivalent – we're not fussed when it comes to your degree subject or predicted grade
- You will be in your penultimate year of study. Unfortunately we no longer accept applications from final year students considering further studies (i.e Masters) upon completion of undergraduate course
