Sytner Coventry are looking for a Sales Administrator.
Your role
Sytner Coventry is looking for a highly motivated and hardworking Sales Administrator to join their fantastic team.
As a Sytner sales administrator, you will provide exceptional administrative support to our sales teams including:
- Invoicing vehicles, applying warranties, selling off from manufacturer systems
- Bringing vehicles into stock
- Funding of vehicles in / out
- Approved Used car paperwork management
- Management and auditing elements of Sytner Digital deal file system
- Trade sales invoicing
- Other ad-hoc duties as necessary
In this role, you will work closely with our senior administrator, sales and preparation managers and sales executives.
Your profile
Previous experience in an administrative role is advantageous along with proficient IT skills; however, no specific industry experience is required.
We are looking for an individual who is committed to providing excellent customer service and thrive in a busy, high pressurised environment.
Ideally, you will be extremely organised, confident, have great attention to detail and be willing to go that extra mile. The passion to prioritise customer satisfaction at all times is crucial in this role.
