Established in 1956, Acton Bright Steel is an independent & long established steel stockholding business based between Staines & Egham. As a market leader in our industry, we specialise in selling high quality engineering steels & other metals across the South of England.
We currently have an immediate vacancy for a full time Sales Administrator to join our friendly sales team.
No previous experience is necessary, as we will provide you with full training, but you MUST be enthusiastic & flexible, have an excellent telephone manner and be educated to A level / BTEC or an equivalent standard.
You must be IT competent to include Word / Excel & Outlook and have the ability to grasp our own in-house steel trading software.
Our ideal candidate will require a high level of attention to detail, excellent organisational / multi-tasking skills & enjoy working as part of a busy team.
Main responsibilities & duties to include:
· Data Entry
· Goods Inwards & Stock Control
· Producing Sales Reports
· Raising Purchase Orders
· Maintaining the Sales / Stock Control filing systems
· Any miscellaneous tasks in support of the Sales Team
