Salary: £22,000 - £24,000 per annum
Job Role
- Serve as the initial point of contact for our diverse client base, efficiently handling inbound enquiries.
- Gather critical client information to enhance our business processes.
- Maintain a client-focused approach, delivering services in alignment with our core values.
Required Experience/Qualifications
- Prior experience in Customer/Sales Administration Service is preferred.
- Exceptional relationship-building and communication skills are essential.
- Outstanding attention to detail is mandatory.
- Familiarity with Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems is advantageous.
- Proficiency in standard office software is necessary.
- A team-oriented individual with a positive and friendly attitude is highly desired.
