Job description

Hoxton is a fast-growing company with seven bakehouse and a wholesale team selling our delicious Artisan Handmade Pastries, Sourdough Bread and our own Seadog Coffee.

Due to the expansion in our wholesale business, we are looking for a Sales Administrator and we are seeking someone who is passionate about what they do. You will be part of a friendly and busy team. The role is 20 hours per week Monday to Friday 9am to 1pm.

You will be:

  • Passionate about customer service with great problem solving skills
  • Highly motivated and have excellent communicating skills both written and verbal with a professional telephone manner
  • Able to use your exceptional people skills to manager new and existing customer relationships
  • Very organised with great time management skills
  • Computer literate, ideally experienced in using google documents
  • Friendly, proactive and adaptable to the changing needs within the business

The Role:

  • Point of contact for new and existing customers
  • Resolving customer questions and queries
  • Day to day managing of accounts including amending orders and daily invoicing
  • Assisting the Sales Team in their daily role

This position is initially part time but has the potential to increase over time. We need someone who can adapt to the changing business and the tasks that may be required of them, duties are liable to increase with the business needs and your interests within them.
