POSITION:
We are seeking to appoint a Sales Account Manager to support new name activity and management of existing accounts for all products within the Fitronics Portfolio.
The Sales Account Manager is responsible for selling our Software, Transaction services, Hardware and Services, and reports to the Head of Commercial. It will be the Account Manager’s role to ensure that all agreed sales targets are met, or exceeded, in their allocated region.
The Sales Account Manager will generate new business through direct selling to leads (both provided and sourced), cold calling, conducting sales campaigns and networking with contacts in the industry. In addition to managing the agreed third party Distribution Channel the Sales Account Manager will manage an agreed National Account(s) and accounts within their region.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

JOB QUALIFICATIONS:
- Experience in sales ideally with experience in selling software solutions
- Ideally possess a degree or relevant qualifications
- Strong IT skills specifically MS Office; ideally with experience of managing sales through Salesforce
- Experience with enterprise software solutions and large, complex organisations
- Extensive experience in all aspects of sales pipeline management
- Some knowledge of prospects, customers and market dynamics within the UK health and fitness industry is desirable
- Travel will be required and therefore applicants must be prepared to stay away from home as well as occasionally travel internationally.

- Challenger selling style, coupled with excellent written, verbal, listening and presentation skills
- Demonstrable evidence and proven business acumen to understand industry trends and future roles for technology and guide business strategy
- Ability to develop innovative ideas and solutions
- An analytical mind with the ability to evaluate and evolve approaches based on a comprehensive understanding of our business goals
- Strategic account development experience
- Able to form and maintain effective working relationships with clients, colleagues and third parties
- Results driven and self-motivated with a ‘can do’ attitude and determination to ‘close the deal’
- Able to work with other sales representatives and be able to engage a highly qualified and professional support team, when and where required, to progress opportunities
- Ambition to grow your career and team as Fitronics grows
- Experience of managing the sales of a diverse product and service range is desirable
- Self-motivated initiative taker and highly organised
- A strong work ethic and the capacity to succeed in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
