ROLE DESCRIPTION
The B2B Sales Account Manager role will be integral to the UK B2B Sales team, focusing on the growth and development of B2B sales within the region, engaging in ongoing and new sales channels. The successful candidate will have an appetite to join a fast-growing company with First Class global ambitions within the trade-in & second-hand technology business.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Manager Alchemy's B2B sales performance in the region and its long-term profitability and growth. This includes pitching and presenting the Alchemy proposition, negotiating deals and developing existing and new sales channels and opportunities.
- Forecast the sales and stock utilizing Alchemy’s extensive in-house data analytics tools ensuring sales performance is optimal by maintaining good stock availability.
- Negotiate regional pricing, terms and commercial initiatives whilst remaining within the stated targets and financial objectives of the business.
- Support and develop marketing and promotional activities to drive sales volume and new business development activities.
- Engage focus on the Circular Economy space for your region by being aware of competitor activity and initiatives. Feedback to the business and help develop contingencies to maintain our market advantage.
- Work closely with Alchemy's centrally located online Sales, Marketing, Operational, Finance and Customer Service teams to help define and monitor strategies and the performance of your region.
- Build and nurture strong and lasting relationships with partners including potential Distributors, Resellers and Service Providers.
- Support and drive compliance within the company’s financial procedures and reporting, including the use of finance and accounting systems, company CRM, Project Management and other reporting tools as required.
- Remain customer focused at all times and operate with honesty and integrity.
- Act as Brand Ambassador for your region by supporting industry initiatives to promote and increase awareness of Alchemy, its products and services.
- Work closely with a small team managing administrative responsibilities to support regional sales operations.

You Have:
- Fluent in both written and spoken English.
- Experienced in B2B sales & business development at local or international level.
- Experience working in the used / refurbished technology devices market is mandatory.
- Strong understanding/ interest in the latest technology and devices, specifically cellular.
- Strong analytical skills – ability to use excel and other data/ reporting tools is a requirement
- Demonstrate an entrepreneurial approach to your work with the ability to get things done in cross-functional teams
- Demonstrated administrative, organisation & communication skills required
- Self-motivation with drive, enthusiasm and commitment
- Ability to work well under pressure in a team environment essential

Salary: From £60,000.00 per year
