Trainee / Sales Account Manager -Sale, Manchester offices
£25,000 - £26,000 basic OTE £60,000 to £75,000 uncapped and excellent benefits
Our client a leading international services company are currently seeking a Sales Account Manager to achieve profit growth through effective management of new and existing customer accounts from sale through to delivery.
Role will include:
- Managing incoming and outgoing customer calls (both existing and cold calls) in order to sell our clients products and services.
- New business service sales
- Up selling to customers across all services and handling customer enquiries around available services and pricing; pro actively pursuing undeveloped areas.
- Explaining service pricing, following up on quotes, and negotiating with customers to increase conversion rates.

Skills and experience required
- Experience working in a proactive telesales role, ideally with outbound telesales experience would be advantageous. but this is not essential
- Proven track record of sales success with sound knowledge of sales processes and customer retention skills.
- Able to present and communicate effectively with a strong focus on excellent customer service and
- relationship building skills with both customers and internal stakeholders.
