Job description
Working as part of our friendly information & sales team, you will ensure everyone is welcome by providing excellent service standards over the phone through email, webchat as well as face to face on our front desk. This will involve handling customer enquiries and proactively providing accurate information about our exciting events, performances and activities. You will also identify opportunities to recommend, upsell and promote our services and any offers or promotions. This role is all about delivering a great service, ensuring things run smoothly and visitors leave wanting to come back for more.
These roles will involve working weekends and evenings.

Start date Tuesday 9 May with essential training Tuesday - Friday 9am-5.30pm each day that week.
