Challenge-TRG Recruitment are recruiting for the Royal Mint based in Llantrisant, South Wales.
We are looking for production staff to work on an ongoing basis in a prestigious company steeped in History.
Here you will be taught new and bespoke manufacturing and production skills in a technically advanced and high security site.
There will be numerous opportunities for career progression and cross training into a large number and variety of departments

Packing & Production staff pay rate: £12.64ph

What does the job entail
Wrapping and packing bespoke products to the highest of standards
Ensuring correct storage, labelling, segregation, and safe handling of materials in all areas.
Transporting goods through different areas of the factory
Preparing products for shipping and completing associated paperwork
Ensuring quality and production targets are met.

Evidence of shift work
Numeracy & Literacy, manual Handling SHE testing
Must be able to pass a DBS check
To follow a 3 week shift pattern averaging 39 hours per week.
- Week 1: Mon - Fri 05:45 - 15:00
- Week 2: Sat & Sun 05:45 - 18:00
- Week 3: Mon - Fri 14:45 - 00:00
