· We work in partnership with a significant multi-disciplinary team including Pharmacists, Advanced Nurse Practitioners and Paramedics (for pre-assessment screening and home visits).
· We have a dedicated administrative team who support the provision of a highly effective patient recall system for chronic disease management.
· We have a designated Workflow team responsible for the receipt, circulation and management of all clinical correspondence, liaising between all disciplines of staff to provide support to our clinicians.
· We enjoy the support of a full Business, HR and IT support function, led by a centralised senior leadership team with a wealth of expertise.

We have a new role at SCMG for a Rota Administrator to support the Clinical Rota Coordinator. This role is 20-25 hours per week, Monday to Friday. Salary of £11.00 per hour.
Interviews to be held week commencing 5th June 2023.
Job Responsibilities:
· Preparing clinical rotas 3 months in advance
· Processing ad-hoc tasks/queries relating to rota management and clinical sessions
· Managing holiday requests for GPs/Nurses/Physios/ANP etc via BrightHR and updating rota spreadsheets accordingly
· Data entry for rota software including BrightHR and SystmOne
· Sourcing locum cover to cover clinical shortages – communicating and organization or templates and logistics
· Checking locum documentation is valid for new locums and updating documentation for existing locums
· Maintaining locum packs for each GP Surgery
· Collecting data for the appointment waiting times
· Organising and planning GP Trainee/Student sessions and inductions of new staff members
· Completing extra tasks from Rota coordinator/Operations manager if required

· Participate in audit where appropriate.
Position may include other duties as determined by SCMG.
