Aim of the Room Attendant role:
To maintain the high standards of cleanliness of The Lygon Arms throughout the hotel bedrooms and corridors.
Responsibilities of the Room Attendant:
- Take pride in maintaining the cleanliness of our public areas and beautiful suites to the hotel's 5 star standards
- To be passionate and confident conversing with our guests, creating a visit to remember
- Take pride in keeping all equipment and stock in the housekeeping office and bedrooms neat and presentable at all times
- To be able to work alone as well as part of the team in a busy yet flexible operation
- To take ownership in completing tasks set by the management team in a timely manner, and report any faults or breakages to the relevant department
- To take pride in your appearance and demeanour at work at all times
- To be confident and intuitive when using cleaning materials and equipment
- Respecting the confidentiality of our guests at all times
Room Attendant - About you
- Experience in housekeeping or professional cleaning is desirable
- You will have a keen eye for detail, organisational skills and will be well presented
