Responsibilities:
- Act as a conduit between the business and clients into the Executive.
- Ability to be proactive and pre-empt queries, issues and challenges and address as when they arise on behalf of the Executive.
- Act as trusted confidant and advisor to the Executive.
- Work collaboratively with Executive to help with leadership and management of function.
- Organise and schedule meetings and events and manage the Executive’s calendar.
- Make travel and accommodation arrangements.
- Maintain travel and expenditure and prepare weekly, monthly or quarterly reports.
- Manage information flow in a timely and accurate manner.
- Format information for internal and external communication – PowerPoints, emails.
- Screen and direct phone calls and distribute correspondence.
- Solve simple IT problems and contact the IT department when necessary.
- Maintain a strong working relationship with other relevant departments, including IT, HR, and Finance.
