Room Attendant
The exciting opportunity
We are delighted to announce we will be re-opening the doors of The Claymore Hotel, part of the Coast and Country Hotel Collection. We are currently looking for exceptional people to join our team.
As a Room Attendant you will be expected to ensure the hotel bedrooms and public areas are cleaned and checked to the highest standards at all times, reporting any maintenance problems.
What we are looking for?
The ideal candidate would have housekeeping experience form a quality hospitality environment and have an excellent attention to detail. Communication and organisational skills are key to ensure the excellent standards are met.
Direct experience with hotel businesses is not required, though some knowledge of the industry would be beneficial, as would experience working with restaurants, bars, or events-based sites across both desktop and mobile. The ideal candidate would be both resourceful, efficient, and with an outstanding eye for detail.
Duties will include:
· All cleaning activities are carried out with minimum inconvenience to the hotel guests.
· Ensure all cleaning in the designated areas is carried out to the Company standards.
· Be able to deal with any reasonable requests form guests in a professional manner.
· Ensure all maintenance issues are reported immediately following the correct procedure.
