Modern Standard Coffee is looking to hire an energetic and talented production assistant to join our roastery team. This position is part time, our preference is Mon-Wed 10am - 2pm but we are happy to discuss different hours to suit the right candidate,We require a real team-player to add value to our operations and customer experience. The right candidate will be responsible for the following:Deliver high levels of standards and customer service when processing coffee orders.Ensure that the roastery and its equipment are kept spotless and well-maintained.Grinding and packing coffee for wholesale and consumer customers.Helping us to deliver coffee to our very special clients.Supporting our field-based team to ensure that our customers are happy and successful.Experience in specialty coffee is a bonus but isn't required as you'll be given all the training you need.
