Flexible Working: This is a hybrid working role, therefore your time will be split between working from home and our Bracknell Head Office.
Salary range: £55,800 - £90,000

About the role:
Reporting into the Service Assurance Manager within Technology and Change Service Management, you will be responsible for providing assurance and managing the Technology & Change Operational Risk profile. As the Risk and Assurance Service Lead, you will be an influential member of the team and have the opportunity to engage with various stakeholders internally and externally. Risk Governance and Assurance is crucial in ensuring we manage and identify Technology & Change Operational Risk.
As part of the role you will be required to work with senior stakeholders to support them in managing their risk profiles. You will need to be able to identify emerging issues in a timely manner and make sure actions are clearly defined and owned. We are seeking a confident individual who has the ability to create risk awareness, contributing to the prioritisation of Operational Risks.
In addition to leading on Risk, you will be part of a broader Service Assurance Team. This will allow you to get involved with other initiatives outside of your area and maximise your full potential. You may be asked to occasionally support other areas of the team, which include Capacity, Business Continuity & Disaster Recovery, Service Design & Transition, Knowledge Management and Service Level Management. You will have the opportunity to develop and stretch personally and professionally to achieve your potential.

Background knowledge and experience in Risk Management
